Theres a thread about it on Bloodstock...appears though the promotor has a less than stellar history....

This is the same guy who started selling tickets to a non-existant Opeth gig and kept the money once the game was up, and ended up locked in a venue by bands after refusing to pay them, when his festival event (which he had advertised as having 800 presales) had only had 105.

The guy's dodgy history goes way further than that, but I wouldn't trust this event as far as I could throw it.
